Reserved Time Slot Disappears.

Skully Crossbones

Honorable Pirate
Three times, I have reserved a time slot to play. I reserve it the day before to be sure I have my favorite time to play. Three times since the beta I have gone to log in and I don't have a time slot. I get the confirmation when I reserve it but don't have it when I go to log in.

What gives.

This happened to me today and despite there being no visible time slot (despite me having reserved one), I decided to try and log in when the time I reserved came around and it let me log in with no issues. Does yours still work when it disappears? Or is the slot gone all together?

No, it didn't let me log in. That's how I knew my time slot was not there.

Okay, then we do not have the same problem as I thought but I do think they are related. We'll see if anyone else has similar problems.

Do your time slots show up in the "Events" tab in Account Management? A confirmed time slot should look as "SLOT_ALLOC" with the time located next to it.

I would just like to say that I am an avid sniper of time slots, and so are a lot of people. We sit there after ours expire and refresh the page, then when we see one come open for the next hour due to someone using muliple accounts to reserve multiple and attempting to hand it off, WE cap it. If you are doing this, this is likely what's happening.
Good times

I have no idea of what you are talking about. I have one account and one account only. It sounds like what you are doing isn't right, so I'll let it go for now.

I don't know where "Events" tab is. I get a confirmation on the Reserve Time Slot page. Then when I try to log in at my scheduled time, it tell me I need a key or a reserved slot...which I thought I had.

Click the 'Account' button in the top right corner you should see a page named 'Account Management.' On that page, there will be three tabs on the left side: 'Information,' 'Events,' and 'Security.' If you click on the 'Events' tab, you can see all the times you've reserved PlayTimes, labelled as 'SLOT_ALLOC' with a time stamp to the left of it. All your recent reservations should be on there if the system is reserving them correctly. :)

Once again, I reserved a slot to play for tonight at 9pm. I reserved it last night and I got confirmation right after. Now tonight I have no time slot to play. I check the above tabs and the time slot is NOT listed. So what's going on?

https://tlopo.com/account/ go there and click the events tab. Is it registering that you reservered a timeslot?

Happened again tonight. I reserved the slot last night and I go log on and no time slot. And yes I check the Events in my account. No time for tonight either.

Are you sure you set the timezone properly? I assume you did, but just checking. Also, be sure to wait for the confirmation screen.

If you also go to http://tlopo.com/account, head to the events tab and see if it is registering in the database.
