I tried to retrain shooting (at level 20), used my 21 training points, and was told that I had 9 more. I tried retraining again to fix it, and:

Did it actually let you train that much or is it simply a display glitch?

It let me train everything. I had 5 skills maxed at level 20, with like 20 more training points to spend.

I dont think thats supposed to happen xD devs may wanna fix that before some people abuse that edit assuming that it happens to everyone

Update: I relogged, it took away my skill points, but the skills I put in with the unearned skill points remain. I'll try leveling and seeing whether I get more points.

Looks like it was a display glitch. But I think the refund gave all 30 points instead of the 20. So its a glitch where you could probably earn the all your points at lvl 1.

Leveled up my shooting, and didn't get the point. It's not letting me allocate more than 30 points.
