Revive Pirates of the Caribbean Online

Thank you to all the petitioners involved. We have shared this with everyone in our members group as well as through the pirate community that is on facebook and other pirate forums online. We are keeping our cutlass crossed and hopes Disney will take action with all the signatures it will receive and bring back to life our beloved Pirates of the Caribbean.

A pirates life for me!!! :parrot:

It looks to me like the POTCO people in charge of managing the official Pirates of the Caribbean Online Facebook page are removing posts from users in the comments about the petition because the ones I saw yesterday are no longer there. :daggermouth: Either way, I still posted it and also on fan-created fan pages. They aren't getting rid of it that easily.
Avast! Pirates of the Caribbean Online will remain open while we perform maintenance tonight. You may experience interruptions in gameplay during this time. Thank you for your patience!
Maybe they did aknowledge the issue since this is the first in a while that they are doing an intentional maintenance and not due to a crash...

Or maybe they are having issues lol

wow I'm really surprised the POTCO removed all comments on their facebook page regarding this. I would have thought they want to hear from their members in regards to reviving a fun game that most of us are still paying for. smh :fight:

Once I asked on potco fb page is they could bring back old bodies, they deleted my comments and blocked me from commenting again

Wow that's really sad

Leo, when do you think we can expect to see a number count of signatures on the site?
All I will say is stay tuned... It wont take to long and be patient... lolThanks to our great website developer, the live signature count is up on the website. As you can see, we have gotten a good amount of signatures in the petition so far as the number approaches 500 signatures.

This petition really needs maximum support to increase the chances of it working and 'reviving' and improving Pirates Online. So mates, do spread the word around in game and outside the game.

In game, you may say in chat 'revive potco dot org' as it has not failed me in chat so far. Another way to share inside the game is to put 'revive potco' and 'dot org' in two separate chats. So do share the word inside the game with players you see even if you don't know them.

I have not been particularly active on the game lately. Anyway, I would love to spread the word on the game if I knew for certain that populated hangouts like Abassa were "safe," lol.

*So I guess my question is, how disruptable is Abassa still & should I take my chances there... or...will I get thrown out of some saloon window as back in the (cowboy) days of Dodge City, rofl?

To correct what I said above, I would say, spread the word one by one in whispers instead of going to Tortuga abassa and telling everyone to go to the website because they might start going out of control. Preferably Higher levels would be better because it shows that players have been playing the game for a good amount of time.Earlier Today, the petition passed 500 Signatures. I want to thank all those who have signed and keep spreading the word mates. So far so good. Let's keep it that way.
