Not sure if a thread for ROBLOX exists or not, but I've spoken to a lot of TLOPO members who play it.
My username is ErebusOrion.

Anyway, I decided that I want to make my own Role Play game on ROBLOX, since the genre is dying, ever since it got taken over by "online daters" or "ODers" as we ROBLOXers call 'em. The game is called "Desolate Lands - A Radioactive Beginning," and is set in the year 2044, after a nuclear war between the "United Nations," and the "New Communist Federation." Keep in mind, this game is custom lore.

I have begun development of this game, but I am looking for some serious ROBLOX developers, to help with animations, creating guns, and writing up stories and such.

Also, I want feedback on this document. I threw this all together at around 3 AM PST about two nights ago, and if you catch any errors, I could really use some extra eyes. This is the faction sheet, over viewing the 4 basic factions that are a part of the game, and any factions that are added as players request them. Anyway, I just need an opinion on the 4 basic factions, due to there being no other factions in the game yet. Here is the link to the faction document!

Anyway, enough about my game, this is also a general thread about ROBLOX. What do you guys play? Also, I would recommend staying away from the Pirates of the Caribbean genre, because it is... well, it's really bad. Let's just say that.

Looks like you've got a good thing going. I might proofread that document later.

But yeah, I've played a lot of ROBLOX. It has a strong Pokémon genre as well as FPS. Platform has declined over the years IMO, but I still occasionally enjoy it.
 
The roleplay genre in roblox is still very popular, but the problem is that the popular roleplay games are money grubbing and are mediocre compared to other genre games. If you created a roleplay game, you don't have to try hard to get it better than most others

I play roblox for war group clans and for Apocalypse rising and Phantom Forces.

Cool plot, I like it! I'm only about halfway through right now, but it sounds great so far!

I play ROBLOX but only really the shooter games, I play Polyguns and Phantom Forces.

My Phantom Forces KDR is 3.95 so if it ever becomes a pro scene game, I'll see if I can get on it :)

I have a 3.7 KDR on phantom forces. I tried the competitive scene and its meh, not really fun
 
I know nothing of roblox, but i would do storyling writing. I've got 3 Latin, 3 english, and AP Seminar classes under my belt already. I also do all my photo editing in 3D (Blender), im not aware of what format Roblox models need to be in or if they have to be unwrapped.

ROBLOX actually has its own distinct modeling software, and they have their own version of LUA when it comes to scripting.
