i do dryland for hockey every morning... about the extent of my running a couple laps lol never really been a big fan of it

Im forced to run a mile every week and thats pretty much it

I run ever morning, for like 45 minutes, a day i do tons of back packing trips

I was on track and field as a shotput and discus thrower but i never had to run. I took two pe classes specifically so i cud run twice a week instead of once. I hate running by myself it's weird I need someone to compete with.
