Sailing idea involving Kraken, Jones etc

Hello, you may remember a similar post I've done regarding this a few years ago, sure it was detailed, it didn't get much attention tho, and fair enough the game was just starting back then to be rebuilt. Now that things have gone into place I'd like to repost the idea and hopefully get some confirmation that it hasn't been ignored ( which I did not get unfortunetly, despite putting a lot of work into it )

Do we have any real sailing purpose after you max ur ship? Not really ( SvS is a thing but what do if ur not into that? )
Well these ideas give purpose to sailing and probably give some content in the form of "end game".

Davy Jones

First of all most of him is already done in the phase files, so not much work in needed to implement him. The way he would work is as fallows: When 1 enemy on Torment is killed by ANY pirate, a meter, listed under the name "Special event"- this can be a variable in the code for exemple - raises itself by 1, upon reaching 1000, a.k.a 1000 enemys killed on tormenta's cursed caverns, davy jones would appear at a random location in the caverns, his route will be shown on the map as a red marker and his head, similar to Jolly Roger's pop ups and marker during invasions. Your task is simply defeating him. He ( Davy Jones ) will walk around the cavern in one out of several random routes which when he ends, he will just repeat going, note: you can only spawn one Davy Jones per 1 hour. His attacks could be: basic sword skills ( any of them ) and knock offs or grabs, resulting in heavy damage using his crab like arm ( as seen in the movies ). The reward for killing him ( he spawns at 89000HP multiplied by X , X beeing the number of players in the cavern ) is a propotional amount of how much damage you have done to him ( for 100% of the dmg, a solo for exemple, 1.000 gold is awarded ) and you have a 10% at getting one of the cursed blades, 1% for legendarys. When Davy Jones reaches 75% hp his attacks make you lose more life gradualy, loseing 1% of your maximum hp for each second, at 50% hp his attack weaken you by 30% ( staff wither spell effect ) , and at 25% hp he gains all the buffs previously but his attacks on you are 25% more powerfull - more damage, he also spawn 5 crew men to defend himself, those crewman drop 500 gold each. Also he cannot lose more than 4% of his max hp per attack received, so nukes like Steel Shoot don't destroy him and the fight requires you to move though all 3 phases.
After giving it some thinking time, I have tweaked the previous post and this is the best I could come up with. Maybe instead of 1% to any legendary it could be 0.1% to a brand new one?

Now for the kraken:
After killing enough warships and hunters ( LOTS ), you reach a level 5 rank at sea, hunters and warships stop chaseing you, they run away from you, and to prevent abuseing this you deal -99% dmg to them while this event is active. You will get a 1 minute notification that a wierd ship has been spotted in "....."( Insert the name of the waters you currently sailing for ex: Uncharted Waters ). After 1 minute you get a cutscene in which the flying dutchman raises from the sea close to your ship and throws grabbling hooks, imobilizing you in place and firing as well, for anyone watching your ship outside of your crew, they see a ghostly ship which they can't harm.
Dutchman stats: similar to a warship, undestroyable sails.
Note: During the fight you can't steer your ship but you can fire the broadsides, when the dutchman's HP reaches 50% , you don't have to sink it, it will disable the grapple hooks and go back into sea, at this point you have to prepare for the kraken.
5 minute and 1 minute warnings, you cannot dock or leave the waters you were in while the dutchman attacked you, or else, you lose the event.
The kraken's tentacles will allign perfectly with ur broadsides on 1st stage and your task it to fire 10 shoots at each tentacle to destory it before it damages the ship, 1st stage only damages ships hull.
After this you get a minute wait for 2nd stage, in which SOME of the tentacles allign with your broadsides, each tentacle has more HP and they hurt for more, SOME tentacles will damage the sails as well. Here you need to shoot them with 15 shoots each and also some tentacles appear loosely on the deck. You need to kill them with either sword/gun/dagger etc.
3rd stage comes 30 seconds after, giving less or no breathing room, tentacles spawn randomly and also randomly on deck, have high hp , and they may grab you as well, in the air ( you lose 10% of your hp for each second the kraken holds you up , shake the mouse to struggle before you reach 0 health, or you get knocked out - an animation of you beeing thrown on the ship and knocked out ) Your task is to destory all the tentacles before your ship reaches 0 HP, or less than 40% of your crew is dead, also the time limit for each stage is around 2 minutes of combat, so if your waiting and not getting killed , idk how that might happen, or you surviving but not passing the stage, a cutscene triggers in which 2 giant tentacles appear and crush your ship from the middle - sinking it in 2 pieces.
Last stage involves the Kraken being on the side of yoir ship, mouth opened and you have to "burn" it with the highest dmg ammo, since within 25 seconds it will swallow the whole ship.
Awards for killing the kraken: legendary sailing charts, cannon rams ( rare drops ) and gold , 50K shared equaly to crew members.


Seeing how the game is getting bigger and bigger, at the time looking back at it ( 2 years ago or so ) it wasn't smart to post this and ask for opinions since there were other pressing matters, but now, I don't see why, plus maybe my post will get more traffic than it got before.
 
Davy jones could just have 300k hp no matter how many players there are and he could only drop swords like how smasho only drops throwing knives. He could also just be a permanent boss and he wouldn't be able to drop the cursed blades that the newer bosses drop because those bosses would come pointless to loot at. Davy's damage could also be similar to smasho's damage. I doubt the kraken will be available in the high seas and it might just be like the black pearl where you gather a crew and teleport elsewhere to defeat it.
