Ahoy everyone,
We wanted to give a brief update as to the changes that occurred during our downtime today. All changes specifically took place on our website - closing the gameservers was a necessary action in order to perform maintenance on the website.
Tweaks we performed include a whole new navigation bar as well as more animations to the main banner and titles. Additionally, when you post a blog comment, you will now be able to choose from a list of your pirates to post as, instead of your account username. The update also addressed improvements needed to backend logging, in-game statistics collection, and a ton of optimizations to the website, so it should be faster! As a general note, some areas of the website may be a little rough around the edges, but we are working to correct any inconsistencies as we go.
Keep an eye out, a more thorough face-lift will be coming to the website soon! This is also being done to prepare for a huge in-game update coming soon.
