I know it's commplicated... but we just need to be patient... for now, i think the dev's are working to fix the error

First days are always rough... Beta's initial release in December had some issues. Remember, this is a testing stage meaning bugs and crashes exist. In a week or so it'll be so great.

They can't ask for money due to legal issues.

But playtimes aren't a joke. They limit the amount of players so we don't crash the servers on a daily basis. The devs are working on it, just be patient.
