Ship and Character Slots?

On Johnny's streams it looks like he has access to six character customization slots.

A: Will normal players also have access to six slots for characters?
B: Can ship slots per character be adjusted as well, for example, four slots per character?
 
A: yes we can make 6 pirates per account in alpha :)
B: can't answer as Im not a dev and we dont have sailing yet in alpha....but how many did we have in potco, 3? (I think I had 2 or 3, but I dont remember)

That's right! I now remember how I thought that was poor planning on their part, you had to choose to not have 1 ship. I'm with you on that suggestion, it would be nice to have all four :)
 
I think 3 slots would be cool then you get another after reaching a certain level. Like its something to work for, you know?

I was mostly just wandering if our ship slots will be increased to 4 to accompany all 4 different ship types.
At launch, three was enough for one of each war ship until the brig was released and the count was never updated. Since character slots were increased from four to six, I was wondering if ship slots could be increased as well, at least to four. :pirate ship:
