Ship Custo!*hint hint*

I'm placing my bet on either next week or the week after (probably the week after though b/c of all the bugs on test that still need to be fixed) Still soon though either way:D

im gonna die if they do a rollback..... like seriously disney, get with the program, nobody like losing their stuff
>_>
look at it this way u lose ur stuff they lose money and lose more money fixing it its not intentional its not like u cant get it back in time just work to get it back if you tried programming the game there wouldnt be a game therefore you should learn to live with it when life gives u lemons

Or they should learn to be better at programming there stuff so that they won't have to do a rollback. Kay? Kay

I can see everybody's point of view on this topic. However, when it comes down to it, they are providing a service to us. A service that we pay for, so if all aspects of that service are not being provided, we as consumers are entitled to either a refund or can choose to discontinue our subscribtion. I don't believe it is unreasonable to complain or think that Disney should have the means to turn out a product that is bug free and easy to use. But given events that have happened in the past, its something you either choose to roll with or simply quit. I myself choose to roll with them at the moment. But, if the bugs on test were to go to live.... I might change my opinion. They need to take their time with the new update, fix all the bugs, and take as much time as they need. If this update goes to live with no bugs and no resets, its going to be the most fun update I can remember to date. It will be worth the wait.

Exactly, but if they bring it to live with all the bugs it has now it will be a complete disaster, therefore as you said they must leave it on test for as long as it takes, be it days, weeks, hell even a month I don't care, as long as it is bug and glitch free when it comes to live.

I don't see any possible roll back issue as for now. It's the opposite; the more they rush things and release this to Live without thinking everything through and finishing foreseeable problems, the higher the possibility of roll back happens when they would have to fix the problems. So I'd not put any time frame on this.

I second what Red Beard said - and I have said it previously on another thread - my principle of accomplishing anything in life (not just concerning the work of Potco game developers): "Do it once, and do it right the first time!" It has everything to do with the meaning of the word "dedication". It does not mean that we cannot make mistakes, but what we present the first time should be the best of what we can, and not expecting to have to make a lot of adjustments, especially the patchy kinds. It applies very well on Potco game development.

theres some things they cant test or expect on test server the last time that happened was when it was the weapons update ( i think or the one after ) they couldnt account for the number of players using it so it crashed the servers, some things are just trial and error you can expect bugs but dong over react to them, its just a game

Exactly, but they have private test servers that they use to test the game before they release it to test, they can work out those major things before it gets to test.

Well the two biggest bugs still on test is no loot sharing, and yo yo hunters. Not to mention so many skills be they passive or active do not work. No patches for any of the exploits that are ruining the live game. Unless we get a massive bug patch today or tomorrow I see no way for this to hit live in a week.

not when they dont know how its going to effect people with THOSANDS of players try to use it at the same time it could overload their systems

I know, but what I'm saying is it's possible to do a big update without a rollback, it's possible to make it right the first time, and all of this is possible by simply leaving it on test for a few weeks. They know how bad things have gone in the past by rushing things, so they aren't doing that this time.

I think it's a conspiracy. They purposely make you lose your stuff so you're tempted to try to get it back, and you need a membership to get it, so they get more money O.o
