This was a test conducted on 3 servers over a period of 2 hours. These are my results. This guide is a work-in-progress and I ask that anyone who finds a mistake and/or knows of other spawn locations to let me know!

This is a guide to tell you where I think ships spawn, after going on 3 servers and checking each and every island. I found every ship in the game (except for flagships/bounty/elite) and my results are below! You can also click on each ship's name to be redirected to their wiki page!

Guys, this guide is a Work in Progress, I'm sure he didn't forget skeleton ships, he just hasn't added them yet. Skeleton ships from what I've seen so far, vary in location from time to time, and are also quite buggy.

dont forget undead pirates ships

they drop nothing but junk, ive been testing loot drops from ships for a couple weeks. They also spawn much less often than navy and EITC

It doesn't look like it because I have simplified it. Each ship has a link to the wiki page if you click on it, I guess it added up

It took me forever to find a Centurion, it wasn't in any of the locations you suggested but was instead behind Cuba. Strange

It could've drifted off from its spawn. Like there are times when I see a bunch of ships "migrating"
