Skill points disappear on retrain

Went to retrain my grenade points and then they were gone. I've tried 7 times to retrain them to get them back, but each time I only get one skill back. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Try relogging if you haven't already.

Have you tried re logging or clearing your game cache folder before relaunch? % ROOT%\Program Files (x86)\TLOPO\Cache
