Spontaneous Ban and TLOPO Support Ghosting

Hey all,

Just posting this to see if anyone can give me some advice on what to do in this situation.

So I started playing TLOPO back in the closed beta and continued playing up until around August/September of 2018 when I had to focus more on my studies and didn't have the time to play. In march of the following year I received the following email from TLOPO Support:

After logging into the website to see the supposed "further information" there is absolutely nothing there other than a screen telling me that I was banned indefinitely for "personal information".

Considering I had not played the game for almost 8 months prior to the ban I was and still am very confused as to how or why this happened. I tried contacting TLOPO support and did not hear anything back after a week. I reached out to a forum mod privately who suggested I send another email as the first may have been buried, and after sending a follow up email days ago, I still have not heard anything back.

If anyone has any advice at all it would be greatly appreciated as I really would like to get back into this game again, but it's a little difficult to do so when your account is inaccessible...
