Quests Stuck on McCraken Grenade Quest

I have gotten to the part where I give McCraken Wire and defeat 5 Ironwall ships and then return to McCraken. On my quest journal it says return to McCraken to give him wire and McCraken has the golden chest above his head but when I talk to him the quest doesn't complete. I went to Jack Sparrow and I have the grenade weapon and can use them but the quest won't complete.

This part of the Grenade quest has 3 parts : 6 Tar from barrels , 20 Powder from Navy Vets and 4 wire from crates In Fort Dundee . Often you need to relog to get all parts of the quest to show up .
