Idea Supply Running [Shipping & Receiving]

Sea Legs
The EITC is willing to overlook some of your past... transgressions... in exchange for someone of your particular talents...

Ah yes, the EITC. Everyone's favorite black and white company.
I'll cut right to the chase; what will supply running entail?

SHIPPING:
~ Your ship can be used for more than sinking other ships, you know.
- Blend in with the crowd, fly the colors of the EITC! Your ship is nearly indistinguishable from other EITC ships of it's class when running supply missions.
- Bring goods from one part of the Caribbean to the other! Those skeletons have to get their swords somehow.
- Share the rewards with a crew, or brave it alone.

RECEIVING:
~ The EITC has some enticements someone of your stature could make use of.
- Gold rewards. Different goods and large distances will give contrasting pays!
- Ship materials.
- Equipment; New swords, guns, grenades, and daggers.

Who knows, do enough shipments and you may be able to peruse certain articles of clothing.

Despite your noble intentions, the sea is rife with minor annoyances and/or possible loss of life!

Restrictions:
~ We don't want you tarnishing the reputation of the EITC now do we?
- Navy and fellow EITC ships are off limits! You cannot damage them.
- You are unable to carry items from any ships you do manage to sink. What're you gonna do, throw your goods overboard?
- Voodoo is not permitted, no doll, staff, thunderbolt OR fury, (Including ship broadsides)! It's taboo for a reason.

Dangers:
~ The waters haven't always been safe
- The skeleton ships have been rowdier as of late. Skeletons have a larger aggro range during supply missions.

- A new kind of enemy AI ship, Buccaneers, might chase after you, with enough ferocity to rival that of Bounty Hunters and Warships.
- Your ship will be slowed down more with which goods you choose to source.

Even though you've taken up the righteous path of a proper job, that doesn't mean your peers have.
SHIP PVP IS ALWAYS ON.

Non EITC / French / Spanish pirate ships will be able to initiate PvP with EITC pirate ships.
~ Despite the change of sails and name, your ship's rigging and hull will function and look exactly the same. This will work for and against you.
~ Your ship will have a flagship indicator for the duration of your mission.
~ EITC ships are always slower than their non-EITC counterparts, even with the lightest goods.
~ Should an EITC pirate ship be damaged enough, an enemy has 1 - 2 minutes to grapple it in for a watery grave.
- If done in time, the EITC ship will be at the mercy of whichever pirate ship has it in it's grasp.
Two options will be given; Sink or Board.
1.1: If sunk right off the bat, the EITC ship will be sunk, and the non-EITC pirate ship will get 1/4 - 2/4ths of the loot currently on board.
1.2: If boarded, ground pvp will be started on the EITC ship. The victor will decide another one of two things.
2.1: If the boarding pirates win, they will get all the cargo on the ship, or as much as their ship can carry, and the EITC ship will be sunk.
2.2: If the EITC pirates win, the boarding pirates will be cast off the ship and sunk instead. The EITC will then be healed 50% and given invulnerability for a few seconds. This last part will occur should the pirate ship fail to grapple the EITC ship in time.

Fear not, however, the sea can be friendlier than it seems.
~ Pirates are also able to choose to participate in supply missions as escorts, and, should a provisioner choose, will be assigned.
- Should you find yourself under attack, your escort will (hopefully) rise to the task, and assist you to the best of their ability.
- Rating system! Did you like your escort? Dislike? Give them a rating!
Depending on the amount of damage they've dealt to enemy pirate ships, you will be able to give them a certain rating.
Did they do more damage than the flagship? Give a rating 3 - 5
Did they do less? A rating of 0 - 5 is allowed
Did they flee battle or DC? A penalty of 0 is given, they will be marked as unreliable, and will be unable to escort for a couple of days, kind of like a VAC ban on steam.
-A ship's rating will be displayed when selected.
~ Additionally, fellow EITC and maybe even Navy ships will come to your aid should a fight occur near them.

Anyway, that's that. I don't really know how to end these kinds of suggestions.

Feel free to add on or disagree as you see fit.
