Glitch swift foot glitch

so almost all of you are wondering how to do this so i will tell you...
FIRST
brew 2-5 swift foots

SECOND
left click (regular click) on potions and drag to "drink potion" box

THIRD
left click (regular click) REALLY fast! Waring: it may posion you idk why but it might like what happened to me!

then jump!
