For those who do not know how to figure this issue out till its fixed, here's some instructions:

Rightclick the tlopo shortcut, click properties then open file location then download the phase files and create a resources folder https://gyazo.com/36e61ccefafa6383440a0b7f644e93d6 then inside the resources folder create default folder https://gyazo.com/06206cec61f0db33b20a45389cdde374 then put 2-5 phase files in there. https://gyazo.com/c84d5c8f7ec5c814f45ad56e189edab1 Hope this helps!

I've tried deleting the phase winrar file, download these files and put them into the default file but still doesnt work I always get the same error 904: phase_4.mf.bz2 couldn't be extracted. Help please!

Can you share the latest versions of these, please? When I place these in the directory, the launcher doesn't recognize them and starts downloading it anyway.
