About Us
We are The Espadas. We are going to be respectable pirates, and respect those that respect us.
This guild was originally founded back in 2008 with the goal of being the best pirate vs. pirate guild the game had ever seen. With the reboot, the goal is the same. This is the PVP guild. There are a few requirements for you to be able to join us. We have multiple rules to keep the guild functioning properly.

Guild Rules

Rule #1: To join you must beat a member, 1 vs. 1, or make an impression on an officer. It is always members choice rules when you challenge them. Witness required.
Rule #2: To become an officer you must beat an officer. 1 vs. 1, challenged officers rule choice. Witness required. Best 2 out of 3 matches. The challenged officer cannot decline PVP, but can schedule the PVP for a different time, but must PVP at the rescheduled time. Officer ranks only update once a week, during the officers' meeting.
Ranking system explained: If you (Officer 9) beat Officer 3 then you become Officer 3 and original 3 becomes your old rank (9). If Officer 10 loses to a member then the member becomes #10 and the original gets demoted to a member.
Rule #3: Officer’s meeting will be held once a week, at a predetermined time and location.
Rule #4: You are expected to be self-dependent to build yourself up, however, we’ll help when given the opportunity.
Rule #5: The Espadas is your only PVP guild. To have other pirates in any other "PVP" guild, it must be first approved by the GM and officers at the weekly officer meeting.
Rule #6: Expect to be harassed by your own guild. We’re here to have fun and be the best PVP guild (note that you should always abide by the rules set by TLOPO and that the word harassed here means to be "tested" into becoming a member).
Rule #7: No talking about politics, religion, or real-world events unless you can handle someone else’s opinion and not cause drama in the guild chat. Generally speaking, keep this in a “crew” chat or whisper only.
Rule #8: If you want to make it up the ranks, show up, show off, and do stuff. That probably means you're fit to be an officer and we'll notice it. However, NEVER ask to be an officer. Challenge and Earn it!
Rule #9: "Discord" is going to be a requirement.
Rule #10: CHEATING POLICY. Third-party programs such as macro/clicker programs are forbidden. If caught using such programs to gain reputation, place on the leaderboards, or gain an unfair advantage over others, the cheater will be subject to expulsion or severe punishment, decided by vote. This includes, but not limited to, programs used to cheat in PVP.
Rule #11: Only GM, Co-GM, and officers may setup team PVPs against other PVP guilds.
Rule #12: CHAT POLICY. Be conservative with messages in “all caps” and be mindful of your fellow members. Do not spam with “all caps”. All chat messages should adhere to TLOPO guidelines. Do not get yourself suspended, or banned.
Rule #13: Do not teleport to someone without asking first.

Guild Ranking
Officer: The Espadas’ top 10 PVPers. They are also known as the GM (#1), Co-GM (#2) and officers (#3-#10). Officers in command if Guild Master and Co-GM is offline.
