Paywalls, bandwidth variation and extreme throttling were bound to exist since the internet slowly transformed into an even more lucrative business opportunity for these greedy companies.

The internet is still hidden behind a paywall (for many people, at least) - but I'd rather have that over selective throttling, telecom-exclusive websites, "website packs" and subscriptions any day.
