If there was a way to code player names as soon as they got accepted so they automatically went to the whitelist it would save a lot of time for you guys having to add them and for people having to post them. Just an idea :)

I've had this same thought. There has to be some way to do it, but I think the coders' time is better invested toward fixing the crashing and lag that's affecting gameplay so much. Good thing there's someone like Cheysa, who's very good at doing what she does :)
