He's starved! That's why we need to rescue him! Somebody knew a glitch to get there ( I saw the pic/screenshot here). I'd adopt him ...

and i know the glitch but it was patched but there till might be a way to do it still but that would take some experimenting

Aww, but he's so little, he can't beat, much less eat the stumpies ... And if you or anybody figure it out, please let me know. I want to go there and pet the dog!
 
careful now mates... if memory serves me that dog is non other than Captain Teague's dog... and Captain Teague as we know so far is a true immortal... :p
