The tale of Kerry O'Malley and his sponsor, the great Welsh dragon Ddraig Y Goch

Kerry O'Malley

Buccaneer
Kerry O'Malley was once a thief, a scoundrel, and a general ne'er do well. He was all around, a bad guy and didn't have many friends.

He was always out for a fight though, and he was the best at plundering.

That all changed the day he tried to steal from the hoard of the legendary Red Dragon of Wales, the fabled Ddraig Y Goch.

The battle between them was equally legendary, its' effects still holding true today, lasting until both were exhausted and tired.

But instead of torching him, Y Goch saw something in the young Human, so he decided to spare him and point him in a new direction, to the Caribbean. His new task was something he excelled at: Piracy and plunder.

He was given one rule and one rule only: Only steal from those who do not deserve their wealth, the Navy and EITC, and give it to those who needed it, like some kind of seaborne Robin Hood.

And so he set off for the Caribbean, ready to make a name for himself.

After getting to the Caribbean he spent months practicing his craft and building his fame, notoriety and skill higher and higher and giving most of his treasure away to those in need.

And then, late one year, everything changed. After amassing a vast fortune, equal to the stuff he sent to the people in need and sending even more back to Y Goch, he retired, hanging up his pirate hat, cutlass and pistol in favor of a family life.

But eventually, money became tight once more and he had need to take up his hat and arms once more.

Today, he has more than a few new friends and newfound allies, and is one of the most popular people in the Caribbean. He still insists on giving most of his treasure to the good people of the Caribbean and to Y Goch, keeping only enough for a comfortable life for himself and his crew and to keep his ship afloat.
