I understand what you're getting at, and humanly on a micro scale it seems a perfectly reasonable thing to have forum mods and staff alter their approach from stock link and done to 'sorry but at the moment keys are not available, check the updates thread regularly for news on that'. But ultimately that's just unfortunately not their job. The information is present and available to us as a community, and half the information we are looking for can be found at this point without creating new threads, bugging mods, bugging staff who's time could likely be better spent on other things. This is not looking to spark an argument, merely pointing out that in all honesty being directed to this sub-forum will also link them to the plentiful number of threads who's most recent posts clearly regard the fact that keys are, at the moment, unobtainable. As has been mentioned, these are two different teams, two different sets of people. it's not their job to keep tabs on eachothers projects, it's their job to inform their respective communities the information they need and let us find the information provided. Which is little more than a thirty second search away which yields faster rates than creating a trash thread and bugging a mod in the first place frankly.
And to add to Yulia (not Clearwater's ) second ammendment, I'd rather the game be a better working condition before keys are re-added because assuredly re-adding keys will increase traffic which will make the bugs we see now appear more frequently as well as test and strain the servers themselves. Not that that isn't all well and good in theory, but if you know there are issues now why shoot yourself in the foot by increasing the frequency and potentially severity of the issue?
