I don't think it's a bug because look at how many loot chests you acquired and like 60 gold chests. I think just the sheer number would give you those odds. If you only had 3 skulls, then I possibly would agree with your contention. Looks like you were out at sea for over 10 hours. Anyone miss you at home?
