If Lavender is a Bright, doesn't that mean you found a Famed weapon and a Bright in the same chest?

Yeah both a bright and famed in a skull chest. Awesome find!
There are 2 recorded occurrences were both were found in a regular chest.

Finally got my first sailing famed with the new system, but it's just a Masterwork Cutlass repeat for Bort. Meanwhile, Borf got about 25 skulls but all he found were a fine assortment of lavender tanks:

Really good run at Catacombs tonight. My friend also got a common bright and famed. Worth noting that the common bright was perfect, as I've looted every common bright blue except that (and the cotton version which I no longer need as well):
