My only recommendation for the Mood Rock charm is that it causes the Round Shot to be fired in different random colors.
Other than that, I am very pleased at seeing Mood Rock make a return to the Caribbean, even if it isn't in the way I had anticipated.
I guess the devs decided to #BringBackMoodRock after all!
