NOTE- IF YOU'RE GOING TO READ AT ALL- READ THE WHOLE THING!
AND HONESTLY, TRY TO BE CIVIL-- TOWARDS ME, THE TLOPO STAFF TEAM, AND EVERYONE. IN THE END- THIS IS JUST A GAME AND I JUST WANT TO PLAY. ALSO- PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT MY EMAILS NEVER SHUNNED ANYONE AND WERE ALWAYS RESPECTFUL.
This is yet another time where a simple fix has been been delayed much much longer by the TLOPO Staff directly due to who I am. There's no way this is a coincidence. This is the third time they do nothing (or literally take a very long time) about something so simple to fix, which they have fixed for people previously.
I always had a good relationship with TLOPO Staff and Forums Staff up until I had joined "another remake". Afterwards, I felt like I had been treated much differently. From this, I spoke up more about issues and what I believed to be corruption. The first (and second) time- It was "coincidence", "could've happened to anyone", "not because of who I am", "we don't have silly grudges on anyone because of their past experiences or connections" are some of things I was told. What a joke. I, along with anyone who was staff for the other remake as well as anyone who had been staff (which is where fell between these two groups), was unable to connect to TLOPO Servers and received some unrelated error- while others could freely connect and play.
Now, I've run into an error myself due to being gullible and it feels a lot like they've refused to fix it. I know several people who have encountered the SAME. EXACT. ISSUE as I have who got it fixed MUCH, MUCH faster than I have. (NOTE: Current Issue is still not fixed).

I first emailed TLOPO regarding this specific issue on 12/30/17, as seen in this screenshot.

I emailed them a lot following that first email, trying to help in any way I could as well as just trying to get my issue resolved. It is now 4/15/18 and I forwarded my email to their new support email as they changed their domain name to "tlopo.com".

This is not the first time I have felt ignored and rejected by their team like this.
Last time I had an issue that made the game so difficult to play, I had to directly speak with someone from their development team in order to resolve it, rather than going through support. So I will say this now-
I DO NOT KNOW IF THE ISSUE IS ISOLATED TO THEIR SUPPORT TEAM BUT ANYONE INVOLVED OR RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS MAKES THE ENTIRETY OF THE TLOPO STAFF LOOK LIKE LAZY AND CHILDISH.
I might be overreacting, but I don't think I am. Just fix my issue. I want to play.

FOR ANYONE WONDERING- I LATER FOUND OUT THE PERSON WHO SENT ME THAT ACCOUNT WAS PRAISED FATHER AKA HATE, A MEMBER OF THE NOTORIOUS POTCO COMMUNITY-AIMED TERRORIST GROUP KNOWN AS "REIGN OF TERROR" or "ROT".
