This is sort of "Island". Um, but without the island. It has Mick though, who comes from across the pond, but it's not really an island either. I think they went out for island drinks after recording it though. I hear that "Island" is a state of mind anyway, so say the Rasta's, mon......

As is this song which I am including below (which, interesting enough, does has a 'story' behind it).

There was a time...lol ...when I was a student in high school and played all four years on the football team. Well, our football team had this one "away" game where, because of the long distance and drive, a lot of players and myself were really not looking forward to spending the necessary time traveling on the bus to arrive at this other school.

*From the moment our bus left the high school parking lot, another player (the team 'running back') influenced the coach driving the bus to play the below song (which was recorded by the player on a cassette tape, in a continuous loop).

UB40 - "Red, Red Wine"

To this day, whenever I hear this song it takes me back to that experience on that bus and actually "enjoying" the duration of the time spent traveling with those particular group of guys. ;)
