Troubl loading areas and killing ships

Okay so i have a mission in totuga which i have to go through the graveyard, i go into the graveyard and it gets stuck putting me between the graveyard and totuga mainland, also i have noticed when attack ships sometime i get an error you cannot damage other player ships and takes forever for me to actually kill the boat because alot of tha damage doesnt take place
