Trouble logging in

Can anyone help me to get online? Whenever i log in, it doesn't add me to the queue and i just get "checking for updates" briefly before it takes me back to the login. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Welcome to forums:) I had the same issue, I kept logging in repeatedly and it finally worked. It is just a weird bug I had after the update and it will go away, if the problem persits perhaps this thread can help? Just keep logging in, it worked for me after about the 10th time! :) I haven't had issues since.

Unfortunately, it still isn't working. I have OpenGL selected in display options, I have it running as administrator, I temporarily disabled Microsoft security essentials and besides that i don't have any antivirus software, and I've reinstalled the launcher many times. Should I just keep trying to log in?

Having issues with TLOPL. I log in and within 1 to 2 minutes my screen freezes and I get TLOPO not responding. This is something new since this morning. played since 2018 and no issues. Any help is appreciated
 
Haven't been able to log onto the game in months. It will start to load, freeze and crash, every time. Can't even re-download the game now, it says the password is wrong and won't send the change email. Probably best to find something else to do with your time.

If you have crash logs, send them to support@tlopo.com and they can help identify the issue and find a solution. Logs can be found in the file explorer here: C:\Program Files (x86)\TLOPO\logs

Contact support@tlopo.com and they can also help you reset your password.
