Trouble reserving a PlayTime

Hello all,

I'm an aspiring pirate and have yet to touch the game because I'm unable to register a PlayTime. I think I'm doing something wrong; I've spent a couple hours searching through the forums and YouTube videos but have found nothing to solve my problem. Whenever I have gone to the reserve a playtime section of the website, I've never seen an option to select a time slot. It may just be the fact I'm trying to play from US East as I know that is a popular region, but I don't think this is the problem as I've checked twice nearly every day for 2 weeks, as well as switched regions to US Central I'm logged in on the same account I'm using for the launcher/website. Am I doing something wrong?

The game has been offline since March 3rd, 2017 in order to implement a large update. No one has been able to play.
