Trouble with LOTRO?

So I finally got a new laptop and it can play games on it. I tried to download LOTRO again, and when I launch the game from the launcher, the game just crashes. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how did you fix it?

I fixed it, the laptop I bought was missing one of the spec requirements, so I exchanged it and it works now. I do miss the days when you could buy the updates with in turbine points though, I have so many.
