Discussion unable to get on game

I am getting a message saying I am trying to sign in from a different location and to check my email. I know nothing about a different location and i don't have any email about it. what can be done to fix this?

I ran into this problem over the summer when I was traveling and trying to play. Funny thing is that I kept checking the wrong email. Once I found the correct email though, I was able to fix it. Double check all your email address you have for sure. Even old ones you may not use all the time.
 
It's not the email address, it's the IP address. TLOPO support explained it to me some months ago. If you're traveling, or if your internet connection runs thru trunks in different cities, then your login is deemed "new location". In my case, I eventually logged in from all the nearby cities, so I never get "new location" anymore.
