Unable to open

After all this time, I have been trying to open the game. I was getting error messages that a dll fill was missing, so I uninstalled and tried 3 times to reinstall. Keeps installing launcher 1.2.1, so I downloaded the dll file and put it in the file area, now getting different error. (0xc000007b)
 
Alas my pillaging plans have been scuttled. Tried more fresh installs and keep getting the same message on startup.
