Update cancelled every time

I can't update my game so I can't lauch it, it is cancelled every time I don't know why, on my two computers, it's on the 47.8Mb 's update...

Please help I tried to reinstall it and it's the same issue on my two computers...

What is the file called? You can try manually downloading it through your browser.

Open this file with 7-zip and place the phase_2.mf file in your TLOPO\resources\default directory.

Unless you changed the install location that's going to be C:\Program Files (x86)\TLOPO\resources\default

Then you can try logging in.
