Idea Upgrade The Sword Of Triton

Ok, so the original Sword of Triton in game was a major let down. I don't agree with bringing it back as a redeem code item, however possibly giving it a return as loot from defeating Black Beard in game is something I think would be pretty cool. I have made my own suggestion for an updated version of the sword below...

tlopo shot themselves in the foot by putting it in the game already, dont think people would be happy if its removed from their inventory nor do i think anyone who has it should get an extra legendary in the inventory out of nowhere.
