Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuum What Happened To Abassa??????

Ok so I log on today, hoping to go to the new boss to get loot. If I'm by myself I usually go to Abassa where there are sure to be a lot of people. So I open my map, open the server list...AND THERE'S NO ABASSA!!!!

What is going on??

Everything seems to be messed up
-The screen goes fuzzy
-You can't teleport
-Servers are messed up
-For some reason I couldn't get any experience with one of my characters for a little while
-And Remington the Vicious is Invincible (how can I kill him like it says in my quest?)
