My bad. Let see. Right, I was fighting General Hex, I was using Dagger of the Dark Idol, that has Voodoo Reflect. I heard it was fully functional, so I wanted to use it on him. I did that after I managed to charge it up, and when I used it. I didn't see any icon on top of my health, and General Hex's voodoo skills would continue to harm me, and not get reflected.

I've heard that there is an issue with Voodoo Reflect specifically on Daggers, though it should be functional on Voodoo Dolls that have the skill applied. Let me try some things out and get back to you here, @Bobby BKH.

After doing testing with these three weapons below:

It does seem to be an issue solely isolated to Daggers. Voodoo Reflect's activation with the Hex Guardian Doll seemed to be fine, but just in case I will continue to test the effect of this Break Attack to see if I can isolate the issue further.

You're welcome. So I guess the Hex Guardian's Voodoo Reflect works, but not the Dark idol's voodoo reflect. I do hope it is fixed. I like the concept of the skill.
