I didnt get an email notification for a new topic in a sub forum i subscribed to (i checked email notifications)

I can't say for sure, but it could have been that the thread wasn't originally created there. It may have been made elsewhere and then moved because it was posted in the wrong forum. If that is the case, you don't get notifications. This has happened to me before.

Maybe if you share which thread it was, a mod could let you know if it was indeed moved?

Sorry, I wanted to post it in the TLOPO news and updates thread, but it was requiring me to use a prefix tag and I didn't want to use one(since it was unofficial and I didn't want to confuse people into thinking it was "official")

I posted it in this forum and moved it to TLOPO news and updates immediately in order to avoid having to use a prefix. Sorry for the confusion, lol.
