Weather?

The heck..? why did they not do this before?? They wouldn't do anything if we asked a year ago :cursing:
The pets, as cute as they are, are making me sad because so easily did they add them now that the game is ending. These could have been an integral part of the game (since they have levels above their heads they could have leveled up when fighting alongside their pirate owners). And now the weather possibly being added, I mean, come on??!! This is making me even more sad at losing the game, so much potential in the right hands. Though I am grateful for the new stuff they are adding, it's making the last weeks very interesting. Sort of in denial that the game will be ending next week, NEXT WEEK. :( No more pirates as of next week. Heavy sigh. :( :( :(:rumgone::facepalm:

I agree, the one thing that stands out through all of this is the abysmal lack of communication from Disney to it's paying customers. We've asked and asked for things, made suggestions, written endlessly, even phoned. And to see now that these things have been possible all along... well.. that leaves a very sour taste in the mouth.

Found it again, except this time...

The shadows were very, very faint. Maybe they're following physics, no sun no shadows? I don't know, just looks odd to me.

Good point well made Kat :)

Only that they never denied anything of our suggestions, they were just too lazy to make them come true

The circumstances surrounding those with development authority are unknown. Perhaps, it wasn't that they didn't want to follow our suggestions, but rather that they couldn't. Disney will often re-arrange their employees from wherever they may be and station them to work on their newest project. The tactic they seem to be using is to run off the huge accumulations of money they gain when a new game is released. The sums generated by the hype they are able to so easily create can boost whatever game they choose to include as the newest edition in their tactic, straight to the top of the market. Slowly and surely Disney Infinity like many other projects of theirs will show signs of a lack of maintenance. The community will be optimistic still, and come up with all sorts of conclusions as to why Disney would never shut down the game. They will live in that comfortable hope until the day that Disney abruptly crushes it.

My friends, we are not playing games. Disney is playing games with us, and it has gone on for far too long.

Well this adds to the Boycott. They didn't do this EARLIER and I have no idea why. I think POTCO is set in a desert. Only a few cloudy days ( invasions ) the water must be a mirage ( not the hotel :P ). Just goes to show Disney's a cheap, penny-pinching company. If they listened to us, every part and aspect of Disney would start fresh again.

I believe the problem was that to them, we were not offering "viable prospects" as to where the game was to veer off to. Granted, all of our suggestions were excellent ones, but our suggestions were merely that: suggestions. Our input was (to them) just that: Reviews, complaints, etc. Then they turned a deaf ear to us and did not do anything except (perhaps) come up with ideas of their own. However, these ideas, as it is being shown, were not released until recently, when they had nothing to lose.

Regardless, I am accepting what they are handing out. As the saying goes, "Take what ye can, give nothing back!"
