It depends but I'd say 30 mins maybe little bit longer is the average, but don't quote me on that as it can depend, I'm not the most "tech-savvy" person so I can't answer for sure

Server maintenance is usually optimization with the game. I think if it's being updated they just say game updates but I may be wrong. Whatever it is most likely is behind the scenes stuff that makes the game better.

I fish a little, do some potions, sail a bit and run. I like to start at the docks on an island and run just to see where I end up. I'm just glad to see the game back in any capacity but of course am anticipating the day its fully up as it once was!
