what do we expect to come first, Raven's cove story quest or ship customization

I'd like to see ship customization first. Raven's cove is good too but i'd like to be able to make my lightning war frigate beast lol

Yes I think so.

Pretty much. It is possible to get them from regular ships but they are much more common in warships and the like
