Well I didn't actually get any, but it still shows as 0 in the inventory. So it still might be glitched...

I got it in rare ship materials ill screen it later when i go on test. It's either 18 or 8 one of those for grog got it on a bunch of war class ships (when you get highest ranking scoundrel of the seas.)
