What hour do the keys respawn?

Apparently, five beta keys spawn in loot/dig spots every two hours. Which hours do they spawn in (in terms of mountain time preferred), even hours or odd hours?

Probably every hour, however, I just got my key 49 minutes into the hour so it doesn't have to be right at the change.
