I have every treasure piece on 2 of my lvl 50 pirates.They give rep when you first get them also if you look closely when they appear in loot drops.Sometimes it is 10 rep or 25 rep,I know that when they had a problem last year with pirates going over level 50 that is one way they were getting the rep to go over.

It's an add on, A side games for you cell phone, but you can get it on the computer, not only you get the Cannons of the deep, but you can also get bar songs from it to. I think there is somthing about Cannons of the deep on the forums
