Whats a good place to train all your weapons fast? Such as Voodoo doll, Dagger, Gun, etc...

Grenades will always be the tricky bit. After experience gain at Kingshead drops to 10 or so rep per kill, I suggest moving to Beckett's Quarry or even The Catacombs. There's a lot of higher level packed closely together that makes training grenades a breeze.
