Januarary '08 have the red loyalty bandana but not the black and silver one :( missed being a founder by two months so i have been told (DRATZZZZZ FOILED AGAIN) but i do remeber being able to swim between islands, cuba was almost off the map and it REALLY was impossible to sail to Padres with the sailing clock ;) i remember being able to shoot opponents on they're ships as well as see them, i miss the sailing glitch and the god glitch on Kingshead those were great times, i do miss Lady Goodfellow (Founder/ Clashing Titans) she was my guide into the game when i was a sniveling runts of a pirate (lvl 20) back then. The game was totally different back then, grinding ( leveling as they called it ) was a must as the quests were few and far between. Any who i am rambling about good times and LOTS of rum later :p great friends lost and new ones gained some are still here they just come like the tides.... miss the old days enough said.
 
I remember that I had received the red loyalty bandanna (which is now gone :facepalm:) right after I got unlimited, which was a period of time before I started playing..... also, I remember that my friends in the game at the time were all founders, despite them being at a lower level.... so, I'm going to have to pinpoint myself sometime in December of 2007 to January of 2008.

:iagree: I remember seeing a lvl 40 and thinking that they were some kind of pirate royalty, lol. Now I am a lvl 50 and see other 50's all the time. Remember when all teh lvl 40's hung out on that island on abassa? I think it was the French island right? I was only part of that for a short time, but used to go there to try and recruit high lvl pirates all teh time :lol1:
 
I started playing in 2007 when they finally released bacis access. Pirates was my first online game so I didn't know if i would like it nor did the see the importance of paying for founders access when they talked about a free access coming later on. So i've been reading about this game when founders did but I only started playing when it was free. :D
 
I got my email with my beta key and I started playing when it was in the beta testing in April 2007, when there were numerous bugs and glitches and very few pirates roaming about, and I have a fancy gold founder tag that I have to explain pretty much all the time :)
