So, I have been questing, or rather trying. All of the EITC Sentinels are missing, who took them?

Nope they are around, swap servers if you're having difficulty.

I have went through abassa and valor
perhaps even their location could be nice.

I've seen a few spawn near Cuba and Driftwood. Try looking there.
