Where is the Sept. Peddler set?

Games like Terraria use the system time for certain NPC's. Unless this month's peddler set isn't in the game's files already, then I doubt a patch would need to be done, but rather, some code like this: if (month == september) { GivePeddler SetB; }

Yeah, it seems odd to me they have to patch it in each time.
 
day 3, and still no September outfit, what upsets me about it is the fact in their august peddler spotlight post they actually went out of the way to say it was something highly requested among players, my question to them is why keep us waiting after bragging it up? sorry to say but it just does not seem/sound professional to me.
 
actually not that rude, it wouldn't have been a waste of time had something actually happened during the event, but nothing actually happened, i'm sure you'll find allot of people are upset that nothing was done at the event, just the gm saying random things that made no sense, no boss battle, no codes, the gm didn't actually listen to anyone or respond to them, while i don't mind attending events that actually have a point to them, yesterday's event truly was a waste of time, if they wanted to have a meet and greet i think they should have said "admin: there will be a gm meet and greet at kings run port royal abassa ocean" instead of calling it an event.
(example: you go to a party expecting entertainment and refreshments, but instead you find nothing but confused people trying to figure out what happened and what went wrong, can you honestly say you could call it a party?)

now believe me, if i wanted to say something rude about it, oh could i ever... but i am patient and forgiving so i hold it back. if i did say what would be rude about it, lets just leave it at, you would never see me on the forums after a staff member read it. there is a huge gap between being rude and stating fact, and i simply stated the facts for what they are.

Not really a fact it's an opinion
 
it's an opinion that nothing happened at the event really? would you like to borrow my dictionary to look up the meaning of fact and opinion? ask around, i'm sure you'll find many people saying the same thing, the gm just said random things and no one actually knows the point of the event. simple fact, my opinion is not so friendly, so lets not open locked doors.
no need to argue it, fact remains their time was better spent correcting the peddlers issue then saying random things no one understood or figured out.

And you assume the developers are the ones hosting it? I'm pretty sure it was the mod/storyline team
 
at the end of the day each set of teams should be as if one big family working together to make things run smoothly and improve them, i never said any one individual was to blame, they have to work and stand together as one large team, developers or story line, doesn't make one or the other more guilty, and note i wasn't pointing faces towards any staff member, but as i said no need to argue, but if you want to open that door, i suppose it would only lead to someone getting blamed and having to be excused, best not to be pointing faces or blame, it doesn't fix the problem and only makes matters worse. i did not say i was blaming the staff, its beta, things go very wrong with any new project, i simply said their time was better spent else where, not who to blame or why.

If I go to a party expecting entertainment and refreshments and find confused people trying to figure out what is going on, then I make it a party myself. With all due respect my friend... To adapt Jack Sparrow's words of wisdom... The problem so oftentimes isn't the problem here in the forums, it's people's attitude about the 'problem'. The game is still a work in progress... Things do happen sometimes that may seem irritating but it's not to intentionally harm a player's goals or fun. Even if the event wasn't what was expected... It was a great opportunity to meet people. Even if the outfits aren't out now, they will be. These issues shouldn't be adding a huge amount of stress to our lives. It's more like getting stuck in an unexpected traffic jam... When that happens, Take a sip of coffee, sit back and relax and crank up some epic music! No worries Mate. Keep a close eye on the vendors and in the forums and everything you want will be available in good time.
