(Ahoy and welcome ~ *Please support POTCO here. Thank ye.
)
Why do I feel that Pirates of the Caribbean Online (POTCO) remains important & is in need of "reviving?" Simple...it is because of the game's decency!
Unlike other games I have read reviews about, seen with my own eyes, or physically played within the safety of my own home, POTCO is unlike other games in that it assumes a role of "humanitarian responsibility."
~ What do I mean by this?
Well, I simply mean that the enjoyment experienced by playing POTCO is efficiently achieved but not at the sacrifice of unethical behavior &/or practices.
Don't believe me?
Tell me - me hearties, how many times have ye experienced yer pirate on POTCO shooting other pirates at will or hunting EITC/Navy "non-player characters" point-blank with a pistol or musket? What about other forms of violence which could actually be shown within the game (besides the occasional PVP duel)?
Mates, we cannot do so on account of the ethical responsibility promoted within the game by developers working within Disney/DIMG.
*In light of the "shooting" of twenty children
recently in Newtown, Connecticut...JUVENILE and YOUNG ADULTS around the world sincerely need a gaming platform like POTCO inorder to remind them that violence and evil presented against others('virtual' or 'real') will not be tolerated!!!
